History
Peoples Services, Inc. was incorporated in January 1992 as the parent company for Peoples Cartage, Inc. and several other subsidiaries.
The moving history of Peoples Cartage began in the 1800's in Massillon, Ohio as primarily a storage and furniture moving company. Sibila Trucking (est. 1936 by Ray L. Sibila) purchased the company in 1947. The business was incorporated in 1950 as Peoples Cartage, 
Inc. By then, the company was hauling nearly any type of commodity including U.S. Mail and was storing household goods and miscellaneous commodities. In 1969, the company branched into public warehousing and has continued to expand and diversify.
Headquartered in Canton, Ohio, this group of companies meets warehousing, distribution and transportation needs of business and industry, as well as handling household relocations, and high value products. Warehousing services include packaging, drumming, distribution, commercial storage and inventory management. Household goods and data vault storage are also available. 
The warehousing and packaging operations for the Companies of Peoples Services are registered to the ISO 9001 standard. Each warehouse is protected by an electronic security system and modern sprinkler network.
