Management Team

The companies of Peoples Services, Inc. have the opportunity to obtain training, regulatory compliance assistance and sales support from the following management team members:

  • Ronald R. Sibila, Chairman of the Board, joined his father, Ray L. Sibila, in the business in 1957. Ron graduated in 1954 from Ohio University and served in the U.S. Air Force 1954-1957.
  • Douglas J. Sibila, President & CEO, a graduate of University of Notre Dame, joined the company in 1990.
  • Bill Hanlon, President, TWI (Terminal Warehouse, Incorporated), graduate of Grove City College with a BA, has an MBA from the University of Akron, joined the company in 1993.
  • Gregory J. Hughes, General Operations Manager, TWI (Terminal Warehouse, Incorporated), graduate of The University of Akron, has an MBA from Kent State University, joined the company in 2001.
  • Larry P. Kelley, Vice President of Finance, a graduate of Kent State University, joined the company in 1976.
  • Dan Stemple , Vice-President, attended Parkersburg Community College, served in the U.S. Air Force, joined the company in 1988.
  • Michelle A. (Sibila) Habermann, Secretary, a graduate of The Ohio State University, joined the company in 1977.
  • Jim Wickiser, Human Resources Manager, a graduate of Texas State University, San Marcos, joined the company in 2010.
  • John Matheos, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, a graduate of The Ohio State University, joined the company in 1999.
  • Jim Ehret, Ohio Operations Manager / Purchasing Manager, a graduate of Walsh University and U.S. Air Force Veteran joined the company in 2002.

Peoples Services, Inc. is a network of companies dedicated to providing quality logistics services. We operate over 4.5 million square feet of public and contract warehouse space specializing in a variety of commodities from chemicals to consumer goods. All warehouse facilities are secure and are ISO9001:2008 certified. Warehouse locations are based in Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina. We own and operate our own fleet of trucks from dry van to dry bulk to insure total customer satisfaction.
